In January 2007 Gargash decided to run a Search Engine Marketing/Google Campaign to promote their Car Rental Sixt.
The Sixt group is a global player supplying high-quality mobility solutions. The wide range of products and the quality of our services gave the Sixt company and its subsidiaries a unique market position.
Objective, Target Audience & Timelines
Position Sixt as the Number One Car Rental Corporation in the Middle East and the World, targeting the masses in the following region: Germany, France, UK, UAE, KSA.
The Strategy
Search Engine Marketing/Google adwords in English and Arabic with a selection of the top 300+ keywords and adwords.
3-month campaign bidding for prominent search results on Google English and Arabic.
Campaign Results:
The campaign generated a total of 11,276 clicks with a CTR of 1.09 % within 3 months.
The highest numbers of clicks were generated in the UAE/KSA in English achieving a total of 6,116 clicks and a CTR of 1.09%.
The best performing keyword alone generated 414 clicks in the first month. The Sixt website traffic increased tremendously during the 4 months of the campaign.
