Martin has gained over ten years multi-disciplined marketing experience having worked for international corporations including DaimlerChrysler and adidas-Salomon AG. Graduating in International Finance and Marketing and holding an MBA in Information Systems Technology, Martin has lived and worked in Germany, England and Dubai. Obsessed with technology, innovation and excellence in online marketing, Martin has been at the forefront of the region’s development in interactive communication and is a sought-after speaker and industry expert at many conferences and seminars.
Martin’s passions are gadgets and travel, which he manages to indulge in, whilst on his never-ending quest for developing Neo Digitial’s future success.
Mohammad Itani - Head of Media
Mohammad’s competency rests in the strategic planning and evaluation of regional media portals, while taking into consideration suitability to client campaigns and objectives.
He is also responsible for allocating respective online media budgets and negotiating the purchase of selected media, and all associated reporting on campaign effectiveness. With a sound background in the region’s online media, Mohammad brings a wealth of skill in corporate strategy, research, statistics and psychology to his role as Media Manager.
A Business Management graduate from the Lebanese American University, Mohammad also holds a post-graduate diploma in Management from the University of Surrey.
Outside the office he is an avid player and fan of basketball and football. He enjoys reading philosophy and listening to music.
Sajid Abdul Rahiman - Media Buyer
Sajid comes to Neo Digitial with a proven track record in Market research and strategy, having worked for a number of companies in India namely, Allied Logics, Pulzestream Technologies, Pavilions and Interiors India Pvt Ltd, Times Internat Limited, The Times of India; PARKIT Communications Co. Ltd. in Korea, and Al Khaleej Business Communications in Dubai.
He received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology), and professional training in VLSI design from Gateway Technologies, Cochin. He is familiar with HTML, Dynamic HTML, Apache web servers, MS Frontpage, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Gif Animator, FoxPro, Verilog and Silos 2001.
Reading and playing snooker are his two most favorite past-times.
Zada Hassi - Media Planner
Zada started at Flip Media as an Account Executive but has moved on to Media Planning, where she puts into good practice her prior experience as a Marketing Specialist for a technology company, and agencies in both Germany and Lebanon.
Zada acquired a degree in Media Communication Arts from the Lebanese American University of Beirut and has affluent media and advertising experience. Zada also interned at the marketing department of the German Chamber of Commerce in Lebanon.
Of both German and Lebanese descent, Zada is fluent in Arabic, German and English, which is a great asset when managing multi-lingual clients and projects. Zada’s interests include reading, music, theatre and art.
Kristina Moore - Media Planner
Kristina brings to Neodigital a wealth of experience from her time at ITP Digital and Echo Direct, where she has fulfilled roles of Advertising and Business Development Manager respectively. Her responsibilities included bringing in sales and maintaining communications with clients and agencies.
With a Certified Diploma in Marketing Fundamentals from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Dubai, she is a young executive who excels in fast–paced professional settings. She is able to adapt to new roles and deal with critical situation and helps build solid team performance in the work place.
Outside the office, she loves traveling and sports.
Shakir P T - SEM Specialist
Shakir joins Neodigital on the heels of a stint at Infosys, Bangalore, where he headed a 16-member team for Yahoo! Search Marketing and single-handedly took care of all editorial queries and client interaction.
He received a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University, and will soon add MBA to his impressive achievements. He is also proficient in C & C++ language programming.
Shakir speaks five languages fluently, including Arabic, English and Hindi. Outside the office his interests are playing soccer, reading, and internet surfing.
