David Sheridan CEO
David, an experienced international advertising and media professional, began his career in advertising sales in London.
After two years he jumped the fence and began a ten year career in the media specialist side of the advertising industry rising to International Media Director at Optimedia. In 1997 he joined BAT’s senior management team as Global Media Manager. The demise of tobacco advertising heralded a move to Dubai when, in January 2001, David joined the management team at Showtime, the Middle East’s leading pay TV service as VP Ad Sales and Sponsorship.
In January 2004 David returned to the agency fold when he joined MindShare in Dubai as Regional Director. He is a past Chairman of the IAA Associates, UK Chapter. He is married with two young children.

Elveena Cornelio Media Planner
One of the latest additions to our ever-growing team, Elveena brings in experience in the fields of brand and product management, a result of her stints in Turning Point Advertising in Dubai, as well as in ITNation in Mumbai. An MBA with a dual specialisation in Marketing and Human Resources, she has over 5 years experience in all aspects of business and brand management. Outside the office, she has an interest in dramatics and writing.

Tushar S. Nagawade Head of Traffic
Educated in Pune, Tushar holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Commerce from the University of Pune. Tushar joins Neo Digital with professional work experience from Cybage Software Private Ltd and WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd. His self motivation and solid organisation skills have provided quality traffic management for each of his campaigns.
Outside of his time working with Neo Digital, Tushar loves Cricket, Football, and music.

Nilesh Jagannath Baraye Trafficker
Nilesh joined in November, 2007 to complete the Neo Digital, Mumbai team. Nilesh's ability to work efficiently and effectively on a consistent basis comes from previous experience in Advertising industry as well as a wealth of experience in the Telecommunications.
Other than his busy schedule in the daily life of a Neo Digitalite, Nilesh tries to make time to enjoy playing carrom, Cricket, and listening to music.

Nilesh Mhaske Trafficker
Nilesh joins our media arm in our Mumbai offices on the heels of a stint in Cybage Software, where he was in charge of trafficking the different types of ads as per the client requirements and specifications. Additionally, he was also responsible for preparing reports and sending out pertinent information about the campaigns he handled. A Bachelor of Science with an additional diploma in Computer Application, Nilesh is a valuable asset to the team. Outside the office, he enjoys outdoor activities like trekking and motorbiking.

Amisha Joshi Accountant
Qualified with a Masters of Commerce Degree from Mumbai University and worked with a number of Chartered Accountancy and BPO firms in India before moving to the UAE and Flip Media in 2007. In 2009 Amisha added NeoDigital finance responsibilities within the Flip Holding Group.
Amisha is a keen and intrepid traveller and loves a wide variety of music.
